Q: What is Mobile Pet Grooming?

A: We come to your residence or place of business with our fully self-contained mobile grooming unit!  Our setup is a truck/cargo trailer combo. The enclosed trailers are built into mobile grooming salons, equipped with warm water for bathing pets, generator for electricity, cold A/C for the Arizona summers, and heat for the chilly winter mornings.

Q:Do you need access to water or electricity?

A:Nope! Our units are fully self-contained with a generator for power, fresh warm water for bathing, and used water collection tank. You provide the pets, and we provide everything else!

Q:What is included in the service? 

A: We include everything! *5 Star Rated Groomers * Travel To Your Home * Pre-Groom Consultation * Bath (with premium shampoos/conditioners) * Haircut If Needed * De-Shedding (for the shedders!) * Toenail Trim and File/Dremel * Ear Cleaning * Teeth Brushing * Gland Expression * Treat! (with permission) * Lots of Love and Snuggles! 

Q: How much do you charge?

A: Pricing is based on breed, coat condition, and your pet's behavior for grooming.  We aren't able to give an exact cost until the grooming is completed, but our price ranges are listed by breed here:  Click for Pricing

Q:What kinds of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Cash, Check and Credit/Debit Card. Credit/Debit payments are subject to a surcharge fee.  Payment is due at the time service is rendered.

Q:How does scheduling work?

A: All appointments are scheduled with a one-hour arrival window, and we will text and/or call when we are on the way. We schedule an initial grooming appointment for you to decide if you like us, and for us to also decide if it's a good fit! We tend to stay booked out for 4+ weeks and our schedules fill quickly. So after the initial appointment, we recommend to book a recurring appointment. That way, your pet will always have a place on our schedule!  Recurring intervals are one, two, three, four, and six weeks. We do not schedule appointments with an interval greater than six weeks, for the health and comfort of your pet. Thank you for understanding!

Q:What if I need to cancel/reschedule?

A: Please give us at least 48 hours notice. Due to the nature of mobile service, it is nearly impossible for us to fill a cancelation with short notice. Cancelations/reschedules without 48hrs notice are subject to a charge up to the full amount of the scheduled service and/or a $50 rebooking fee. We understand there may be emergency situations and will work with you, but not on a continued basis.  Please be respectful of our time as we are a by-appointment business, and another client could have taken your appointment if we had known. We offer key service for our busy clients whom cannot always be home for every scheduled appointment. Ask your groomer for more information!
